Refund & cancellation policy

Cancellation

You can cancel from your booking page up to 4 hours before your appointment. After that, or to reschedule, contact us. A deposit is refunded in full when you cancel in time; after that it may not be.

Problems

If something is wrong with the service, contact us and we will fix it or refund you, depending on the case.

Refunds

We refund you within 3 working days of approving the refund, the same way you paid.

Cash payments are refunded in cash or by transfer, as you prefer.
